About Faculty
The Faculty of Sharia is a leading educational and research center dedicated to training specialists in Islamic jurisprudence and Sharia studies. This faculty offers in-depth education in the principles of jurisprudence, Islamic law, Quranic interpretation, and Hadith, preparing students to understand and interpret Islamic laws in various fields.
Through specialized courses, practical workshops, and academic research, students develop the ability to analyze contemporary Sharia issues and provide appropriate solutions. Emphasizing ethical principles, justice, and cultural awareness, the faculty prepares graduates for impactful roles in Islamic law, judiciary, teaching, and religious consultation.
In Dawat University
Bachelor of Sharia was a part of the three programs that started its scientific activities for the first time with the establishment of the university in 2009.
This faculty is intended for the male and female class, which has completed 20 graduation rounds so far (788 students).
The dean of this faculty is under the responsibility of Dr. Aminullah Mosaed and its teaching management is under the responsibility of Dr. Mojibullah Rahimi.

Providing higher education at the bachelor’s and master’s levels in the field of Islamic sciences and scientific research in compliance with accepted criteria.
Vision
Training specialized cadres in the fields of Islamic sciences and the production of knowledge in order to participate in the development of the country.
