General Information
War and insecurity during the last four decades have caused the country's most important infrastructures to be either completely destroyed or disabled including the inability of higher education institutions to recruit 12th grade graduates, which currently do not have the capacity to recruit all graduates in higher education institutions.
While for the reconstruction of this destroyed country, a large number of experts, including experienced and skilled engineers, construction and electricity, and a great need is felt. So, in order to fill this void, establishing an engineering program in the framework of Da'wa University was an urgent need in the academic field.
Based on this need, the Bachelor of Engineering was a part of the three programs that started its scientific activities for the first time with the establishment of the university in 2009.
This program is intended for the male class, which has completed 20 graduation rounds so far (3333 students) and has the following two fields:
1. Civil: 156 Credits
2. Electrical: 163 Credits
The dean of this faculty is under the responsibility of Mr. Ahmad "Taji" and its teaching management is under the responsibility of Mr. Mohammad Wali "Ahmadzai".

The Faculty of Engineering is considered a higher education unit for students and professional engineers to acquire knowledge. This scientific institution plays a valuable role in training young professionals according to the needs of the society and our dear country of Afghanistan in order to promote the social well-being of the country's national economy.
Mission
The development of engineers' knowledge level is through teaching, laboratory works and practical works related to engineering and playing the role of engineers in the departments of survey, estimation, design and maintenance of engineering works at the national level.

Dawat University is proud to provide the best and most comprehensive academic services at a high level to its students by receiving the lowest tuition fees among the universities and higher education institutions of the country.
Newly enrolled students are required to pay their fees in the financial department within one week after the entrance exam results are announced. The fee payment time is at the beginning of the semester and it is received based on the current currency of the country (Afghani).

Library
The required books of the Faculty of Engineering were purchased and stored from publishing sources and bookstores according to the needs of the departments of this university, and they are listed according to the topics and titles, and they are at the service of the students for further use.
This library is equipped with books, magazines, daily news and other scientific topics, which is open to students and professors from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
