The basis of standard and quality work in Islam is established from the hadith of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him:
It is narrated from Ayesha, may Allah be pleased with her, that she said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: Without a doubt, Allah Almighty likes that whenever one of you does something, he does it carefully and with quality.
In order to improve the quality of administration and education, Da'wa University has activated the quality assurance department; In order to improve quality and accreditation and continuous monitoring of quality improvement programs in private higher education institutions, this authority is responsible for carrying out the following responsibilities according to the plan and program:
1. Arranging the weekly, monthly and annual work plan in accordance with the plan of the directorate to achieve the anticipated goals and strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education.
2. Leadership and management of employees under the influence, in order to implement the objectives of the work plan and improve their professional knowledge level.
3. Ensuring communication with other departments of the directorate regarding the effective implementation of accreditation and quality improvement systems in order to coordinate and facilitate related activities.
4. Design and arrangement of monitoring formats for quality improvement in the university, according to national and international standards, in order to facilitate the monitoring of the accreditation process.
5. Cooperation with the president of the university in the area of creating mechanisms and work procedures to improve quality and ensure the implementation of the strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education and the correct guidance of employees and create transparency in the implementation process.
6. Providing advice to the head of quality promotion and accreditation, in the matter of creating a mechanism and monitoring procedures for self-evaluation and other accreditation stages in private universities, for the purpose of its effective implementation.
7. Monitoring the process of self-evaluation and other accreditation stages of private universities in order to provide the best possible transparency in the work process.
8. Analyzing expert reports and identifying obstacles and problems related to the implementation of operational plans for monitoring all stages of accreditation in private universities.
9. Controlling and evaluating the quality of the employees' performances under the influence in order to take further measures and improve the level of their work.
